How do I get to Quai de la Photo?
Boarding takes place on the barge's outer quay, and is accessed via the left-hand gangway when facing the main entrance.
What monuments do we see on our walk?
During the 50-minute shared cruise, you'll discover the BNF, Cité de la Mode et du Design, Ministère des Finances, Hôtel Lambert, Hôtel Dieu, Hôtel de Ville, Tour Saint-Jacques, Samaritaine, Conciergerie, Hôtel de la Monnaie, Institut de France, Palais des Beaux Arts, Palais de la Cité and Notre Dame.
How far in advance should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes before boarding time, and allow 20 minutes if you wish to order drinks from the bar.
Are there no more slots available?
If you no longer see a slot available online, this means that all shared cruises are fully booked for the period.
There is only one place available, can we open an additional place in exceptional circumstances?
The boat's capacity is strictly limited to 12 passengers. Unfortunately, we cannot deviate from this rule.
How often are slots made available?
Slots are generally available over a 3-month period.
Are summer schedules the same as winter schedules?
Timetables vary according to the season (Autumn/Winter timetables and Spring/Summer timetables).
Can I board with a dog?
Pets are not allowed on board the boat during shared cruises.
Can I bring drinks and snacks?
You are authorized to embark only with food and/or beverages ordered at Quai de la Photo.
Can I bring my young children?
Yes, infants can board with a ticket and are the responsibility of their parents.
What if I've booked a shared cruise and the weather's no good?
The boat has a roof and can be completely enclosed. Cruises are therefore maintained in the event of rain, except in cases of force majeure, when passenger safety cannot be guaranteed due to heavy storms or flooding.
Are there toilets on board?
The boat has no toilet on board.
I'm in the metro and arrive 5 mins after the reservation time, can the boat wait for me 5/10mins?
The boat can wait a maximum of 5 minutes after the scheduled departure time.
If we're late, can we make the next cruise?
Due to delays, access to the next cruise cannot be guaranteed.
Can we see the Eiffel Tower?
The Eiffel Tower is not part of the shared-cruise tour.
Is the boat protected?
The boat has a roof and can be totally enclosed.
Are blankets available if it gets too cold in winter?
There are no plaids available, so remember to wrap up warm on winter cruises.
How far in advance are the slots open?
Slots are generally opened 3 months in advance.
Can I pay in cash on the spot?
Payment can only be made online via the Quai de la Photo website.
Is smoking allowed inside the boat?
The boat is non-smoking.

Which boat would you recommend for a private cruise?
It all depends on the make-up of your group, the occasion you're sailing for and the experience you're looking for. Depending on your program and your wishes, our team will offer you a tailor-made service for your private or professional events.
I don't have a boating licence, is this possible?
All private cruises are operated by experienced captains with a thorough knowledge of boats and river navigation in Paris.

Can I bring drinks and snacks?
You are authorized to embark only with food and/or beverages ordered at Quai de la Photo.
Are there toilets on board?
Kairos and Faro are the two boats with on-board toilets.
What if I've booked a private cruise and the weather isn't good?
Most of our boats have covered areas. Cruises are therefore maintained in the event of rain, except in cases of force majeure, when passenger safety cannot be guaranteed due to heavy storms or flooding.
The only boat that cannot be covered is Lugano. In the event of bad weather, we may postpone the sailing to a later date or reimburse the cost of the service.
Does boarding/disembarkation have to be at Quai de la Photo?
No, other stopovers are available on request at an additional cost.
What is the minimum/maximum number of people on board?
Capacities vary according to boat: Faro / 6 to 8 passengers, Murano / 6 to 8 passengers, Lugano / 4 passengers, Kairos / 12 passengers, Zéro de Conduite / 12 passengers.
How long does a private cruise last?
Two private cruise formats are available: 50min or 1h30.
