Through 33 works by photographer Jonk, a true explorer of modern times, Quai de la Photo invites you to take a trip off the beaten track.
Jonk's photographs, displayed on the entire terrace with curtains, take you on a journey through fifteen countries, from abandoned castles to old mines. A veritable expedition brought to life for visitors by his photographs, which reveal unexpected landscapes and, above all, encourage us to question the place of nature in our daily lives.
For a total immersion in the heart of these places, the Quai de la Photo's 400 m² terrace incorporates removable partitions, made of curtains and designed to offer a space of intimacy that reveals itself in a play of transparency and movement. It's a different way of living outside the Quai de la Photo, conceived and designed by space designer Thomas Heagle, so that each space on the Quai de la Photo terrace is a moment to itself.
