"My Name is Nobody" is photographer Genaro Bardy's fifth book, a work that delves deep into the quest for identity in the world's major cities. Through a collection of striking photographs taken over a three-year period, he explores how our daily interactions with the urban environment shape who we are.
After settling in Salvador, Genaro Bardy felt a profound contrast when he returned to Paris. This feeling of strangeness in his own city led him to reflect on the loss of identity that can be experienced in modern metropolises. How can you feel like a stranger in your own home? What really ties us to a place?

We invite you to talk to Genaro about his work in an interview conducted by Marine, bookseller at Quai de la Photo, followed by a book signing! It will also be possible to buy the book on site.
